Gratitude is the appreciation of what is valuable and meaningful to oneself. Experiencing gratitude, thankfulness, and appreciation tends to foster positive feelings, which in turn, contribute to one’s overall sense of well being.
Wellness is not just made up of your weight and image. Wellness comprises your mental health, physical, and spiritual health.
Wellness also includes how you feel about yourself. Are you practicing self-care or burning yourself out trying to be Superwoman 🦸🏽♀️ for everyone else?
It’s time to take the cape off for once and think about where you are in your wellness journey.

This is something to be grateful for.⠀ ⠀ Although this pandemic is placing restrictions on our normal gatherings, be creative in connecting. Whether through phone calls , Zooms, FaceTime or drive by’s, use creative ways to reach out to those you love. ⠀ ⠀ Holiday time is also a good times to remember loved ones that you have lost and be grateful for all the awesome memories you have shared.⠀

Here are three ways to help you win over your negative emotions:⠀⠀
Remember the beliefs and values you’re committed to. Know what you believe in and your values. Tap into your spiritual connection through prayer, and meditation. Use these actions as a means to reverse negative thoughts and emotions⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Stick to your committed beliefs and values and to overcome your negative emotions . Don’t steer away from your beliefs and values when your negative emotions start to kick in. Create an affirmation that you can repeat whenever negative emotions start to kick in. This can help you increase self-belief and to remain committed and consistent when overcoming negative emotions ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Surround yourself around positive people. Contact your mentor, coach or like-minded friend, or even think about changing your environment. Go for a walk, workout, yoga etc., These are a few ways you can change your state and become more positive.
Your emotions will destroy your piece of kind, cloud your judgement and your ability to make decisions, especially negative emotions.
Don’t let negative emotions define your life and business. Live life by your commitments and not your feelings!

Hi , I can remember a time when I was struggling to consistently build my side
business while working full-time.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had every excuse, I’m tired, my family needs me, I don’t feel like it, I don’t have enough time etc. At the end of the year I realized so much time had passed and I was not a productive as I could have been.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I had to seriously reflect and make a decision. Either I would continue to make excuses or I can operate in my purpose. When I made the decision that I would no longer make excuses that was when my business changed drastically!
One thing I did to maximize productivity and consistency waste create non-negotiable time in my daily schedule just for business building. This helped me to overcome my “ I don’t have time” excuse.

I know it’s been a while since I reached out but just know that it’s all for a good cause. I am a frontline worker in the hospital 5 days a week preparing and battling this Covid-19 pandemic.
One thing I have come to realize is that God surely has a way of humbling you and making you slow down. It’s safe to say that this Pandemic has put a whole lot of things into perspective for me.
I am certainly resting more, praying more than ever, creatively spending more time with family, appreciating conversations over text messages,
staying productive and remaining grateful.
This is definitely a time to reflect on the things that matter most, re-strategize on how you can be your best and use this time to create an intentional plan to launch that dream you’ve always wanted to pursue.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Don’t rush the process….be still, grateful and intentional during these times.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
